At Ovation Riding, we stand by the quality of our equestrian gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Gear

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are clean and free of horse hair or debris.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
